CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Salon Policies Appointment Time Reserved We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure your appointment is started in a timely manner. To be respectful of other guests and their scheduled appointments, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. We do ask all guests to reserve appointments to have a valid credit card on file with us or a deposit on the services you are booking. ​ Cancelled/Rescheduled Appointments If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If the appointment reserved is cancelled or rescheduled (due to arriving late, missing them completely, or cancelling/rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice) there is a 50% charge of the booked value of your scheduled service. This charge will need to be paid for before we can book your next appointment, and you may be asked to reserve your next appointment with a valid credit card or a deposit on the services you are wanting to book. Any appointments that are cancelled the day of your appointment or the appointment is a no show, there will be a 100% charge of the value of booked service. This charge must be paid before rescheduling a no show appointment. MD Extensions Studio and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible.
